HOLIDAYS 2021 UPDATES: We are not guaranteeing any delivery dates of orders for Christmas 2021. Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 affecting the various carriers and delivery services, we have no way of 100% guaranteeing that you will receive your order on a certain day, especially since our items are made to order. I need to change/cancel my order.
You have 24 hours after placing your order to edit or cancel it. You can submit your request by emailing our customer service at clinedesigncreations@gmail.com
How are your sizes determined?
We offer several different sizes of all of our products. The size of our square products represents the side length. The size of circle products represents the diameter. The rest of our products are measured from the greatest points of the product.
Where do I enter my coupon code?
Once you have added the item/items you would like to purchase to your cart, click view cart. This will take you to your cart page. Click Checkout. You should see the gift certificate discount code box. You will enter your code in the box and click Apply. This should adjust your total.
Will my metal product rust?
Our metal products are powder coated and cured in a 400 degree oven. As long as there aren't any blemishes exposing the actual metal, your piece is protected from the elements.
**The Brushed Steel option has a clear coating on top of it. Please handle with care. Each Brushed Steel item has a unique brushed finish and may have some various scratches and deburring marks on them. We can not accept returns on these items as they are unique and one-of-a-kind finishes.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally!
$19.99 USD for orders shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and The Netherlands.
$50 USD for orders shipping to any other country not listed. Conversion rates may apply.
Damage / Return Policy
Due to the customization of our products, items cannot be returned to us for a refund. If you receive an item that is incorrect or you believe you may be missing part of your order, you must notify us within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.
Can you create a custom design for me?

Do you have any sales going on right now?
We have sales periodically, but we recommend subscribing to our emails and text messages. Sign up by clicking the "Sign Up" tab in the top right corner of your screen. (There's a special treat for those of you who sign up right now). We always mail out our special offers to our e-mail and text message subscribers first!
I need an item by a certain date. How can I guarantee that?
We ship orders 1-2 weeks after they are placed. We recommend that you order your item at least 4 weeks before you need it. We realize this seems like a long time, but due to the personalization that is required to produce your item plus the shipping time, we recommend that you plan plenty of time in advance! If you need a rushed delivery contact us at clinedesigncreations@gmail.com to discuses available options.
What shipping services do you use?
We ship our products through three shipping providers, UPS , FedEx and the Post Office.
Depending on your location in the United States, your package can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive once the label has been created. When your order ships, we e-mail you tracking information so that you can keep a close on eye on where your order is! Due to COVID-19, carriers have been delayed longer than normal so please understand that the delivery times are out of our control currently.
What colors do you offer?
We offer multiple color options for your metal décor items. We currently only have Black in stock. The colors are as listed below:
Black
White
Brushed Steel (buffed finish, not powder coated, may eventually rust)
Aqua Blue
Copper (not made of actual copper, will not patina)
Our powder coated items are run through a detailed process to ensure that your surface is prepared correctly and that your color finish lasts for a long time in an indoor or outdoor environment.
How thick is the steel used on your products?
Our products are cut out of 14 gauge steel. This thickness was chosen to provide you with a solid and quality item, but isn't too heavy to hang on your wall or door!
How long does it take to ship an order?
The general turnaround time for most products is 1-2 weeks. The reason for this amount of time is that each item is unique and customized. We can not produce your item until we receive your order, so we have to build the items as they are ordered!
(Turnaround times can fluctuate depending on popular ordering seasons, amount of orders being produced)
Will my order automatically be pluralized?
We will create your item exactly as you specify on your order. If the product calls for you to pluralize your name please do so in the custom field provided.
Why does the price change on certain options?
If you select a color other than Black or Brushed Steel, the price will increase accordingly. The initial price shown is the base price of the first size option the cost will increase with size increases.
How much is the shipping cost?
We Offer free shipping for U.S. orders
$19.99 USD for orders shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and The Netherlands. $50 USD for orders shipping to any other country not listed. Conversion rates may apply.
My tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my order.
You will need to contact the local Post Office or UPS with your tracking number to file a missing mail claim.
