Personalized products policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
Check spelling, size and color options before ordering. Check your confirmation email after ordering to verify your order. If the order was placed with the incorrect information, it will not be replaced/refunded.
If we were the ones to misspell the item we can replace it.
If your package has been damaged in transit, please email us with your order number, photos of the piece, photos of the packaging, and a photo of the packing slip.
